We worked very closely with the owners and the architect to create this beautiful space for them to call home. The Japanese inspired central courtyard with large skylights above is a key feature of the house, with large floor to ceiling glazing around the courtyard enhancing the sense of openness and tranquillity, connecting outdoors with the indoors. For a rather large home with many open plan areas, we managed to create different zones for members of the family to enjoy with some large floor to ceiling cavity doors and pivot doors. The house also features dedicated home office, theatre room and home gym for the family to work and play.
